Scored this shirt at le Hood-weezy. It’s perfect. I hadn’t found anything that I would describe as perfect in a long time, but the combination of drape and the fabric’s weight make this a dream.

I think I’m finally over my fear of bright red lips. For the ones I’m sporting here, I took the Sugarpill Love eyeshadow that I got a while back and pressed it into the lip conditioner I was wearing. Methinks I should take a trip to the MAC store to get a proper lipstick. Although I’m well pleased with the results of using what I already had on hand, I’m not too sure if wearing eyeshadow on your lips is the healthiest thing to do.
I think I finally get why some people forgo makeup with the exception of a signature red. The hunt begins now…Russian Red and Ruby Woo are looking like winners.

On an completely unrealated note, I fucking love Lulu.

This is last night’s adventure in makeup. Somehow, I think the lack of hair has led me to embrace a Klaus Nomi-ish fondness of black and bold graphics. Dudeguy thought I looked scary. It only added to the moment.
Then I broke out in song:
Klaus Nomi “Total Eclipse”
This is only the beginning…oh yeah…

If you’re looking for crazy bright, heavily pigmented eye makeup, might I suggest Sugarpill? They’re relatively new on the block (you know how I love indie businesses), and how can you deny this packaging???

I’ll leave the real reviews to the beauty bloggers, but this stuff is nothing short of amazing. The color reads just as brightly on brown skin (YAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSS!!!), goes on smoothly and blends really well. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
