I’m still holding out…because maternity clothes are SO not cute. I’d much rather be wearing stuff like this:

These would be very fashionable maternity tops! Much better than what they sell at A Pea in the Pod…
Anyway, you know you could always get them custom made. And I know someone who would love to do it… *raises hand!!
I’ve always maintained that the best maternity clothes are NOT maternity clothes. Because seriously, you could continue wearing any of these tops long after you have the lil’ bundle and not even get a side-eye. Isn’t that a good investment? Well, a better investment than elastic waistband J Brands?!
Wait, even the sequined Rick-james-y one? Life ain’t fair..
But the first two, I’m sure you can find similar non-maternityness in random stores..like “Forever Non-pregnant” etc..

Just buy regular clothes a size or two larger. Simple, but maternity clothing has come a long way. Target sells some cute stuff in case you didn’t know.
omg – Ilove yoursite…just discovered after finding you in an old fashion bomb daily post…you have so much style and to find out that you are preggers is just amazing…enjoy your pregnancy and DO stay away from the maternity clothes as much as possible. Accessorizes and buy regular things a bit larger. Enjoy it cuz this is the easiest part.
