It feels good to reunite with old friends whether it be via Homecoming drunkenness or pulling out a pair of shoes you haven’t worn in a while. I managed to do both last weekend and, until the throngs of trick-or-treaters surrounded my mother’s house, completely forgot that Halloween was happening.
Speaking of befriending clothing, I thought I would never be able to love another graphic print shirt the way I love Mr. Mittens. That changed when I picked up this Blood is the New Black joint designed by Brian Lichtenberg at the Refinery 29/Space 15 Twenty event a few weeks back.
Something about a simple, soft black shirt bearing a faceless lady with a bright red lip…makes me want to wrap my head up and throw on an equally bright red lip…

I love your make-up–I recently tried on a vivid pink lipstick I had and never wore because I thought it wouldn’t compliment my complexion, and it looked so amazing on me that I wear it all the time now.
I really REALLY want to go to the perfect red lipstick for my skin tone–I love lipstick now that I know it doesn’t have to be either of every shade of the BROWN rainbow.
