If you haven’t already heard, my dear blogger friend Sister Wolf lost her son earlier this week. WendyB, the guru and saint that she is, is keeping everyone updated. If any of you have messages you’d like me to get to Sister Wolf, leave them in the comment section and I’ll see that she gets them.
Light a candle and please keep her in your thoughts. And if you haven’t done so in a while, call your parents and grandparents. They miss you.

I’ve only known of SW’s blog for a short while but from all the posts that I’ve read about her opinions and her take on things, it goes to show how much of a deep person she really is. I have no idea what it’s like to lose a child, but I know of mothers close to me who have and it’s a very depressing and painful thing to go through. No mother should ever have see a child leave before they do.
My only wish is that she stays up and knows that she’s in other people’s thoughts, mine especially. And her son is in a better place. My condolences go out to her and her family. Take it easy SW and I hope you start to feel better soon.

YOU and SUSAN are saints for going to visit (without the address but with the potato salad). I’m so glad you were able to do that. I wish I were there to see her. If I had known before I got on the plane that day, I would have just stayed.
