The Melrow available at Steve Madden

Yeah, I think these are the winners.  I don’t have new Miu-Miu money…and really, I don’t care.  This is the most decent knock-off tribute I’ve seen in a while.  Now, if I can convince dudeguy that getting these today while the 25% off everything Steve Madden discount code still applies (use FF25 for 25% off AND free shipping for your order of $60 or more), I’ll be set.

 

06/01 UPDATE:  I found out today that these joints are HANDMADE.  Because of my urge to fact check, I dug a little and found the following comment on The Possesionista blog:

 

They are a “test run”, hand made and only distributed to a few stores. The hand made run is considered “cream of the crop” and IF they do well they will be mass produced at a lower quality!    -keren

 

I’ve seen these in the color above, black, dark brown, and some white/metallic something-or-other.  If you want to get in on the good stuff (HANDMADE from Steve Madden!?!?!), call around.

    Crazy, right? I like these better, too. The two-tone satin ones weren’t doing it for me at all.

    Oooo those are so good! And I almost like them better… even though I feel like that’s blasphemous to say out loud! They seem like they’d be a lot easier to wear than the Miu Miu’s!
