Being the born and bred in the former “South Central” areas of SoCal girl that I am, Chucks are pretty much a staple for me. Amidst the throngs of ankle boots and wedges, you will catch at least 4 pairs of them, 2 classics and 2 modern. I really can’t remember a time when I didn’t have at least one pair somewhere in the near vicinity (if I can find a picture from yesteryear, I’ll post…LOL).
Anyway, I came across these earlier and decided that the newer, leaner take on my beloved lows are worthy of purchase…for $44…yeah…
The sudden inflation of the price of Converse over the past 10 years has confounded me to NO END (I recall $15….then $45…WTF?), but I guess I’ll finally have to suck that up. =P

Looks like I missed out on the gold body chain~ I made a silver one and it turned out pretty good, But I like the variations in your chains much better! Im really digging the new page!!! I love my high top Chucks! My brother loves his 4 pair more! I studded mine and now I really wish they were back plain again, but I just can’t bring my lazy ass to really undo all those studs hehe…Super long comment, sorrz~
