I find that chauss is the best at doling it out:

stay away from the mailbox (the bills, stock portfolio nose dives and other crap will still be there tomorrow)

do not watch too much t.v. (doom and gloom, gloom and doom, recession…blahs)
true blood new stuff is NOT on until the summer so you are not missing anything…

buy some gorgeous, glossy march 2009 magazines.
yeah.

dream.
meditate.
eat chocolate.
drink exotic coffee from far away places.
laugh. alot.

If you ever need an uplifting word, go to her site and read anything.  LOL.
